Great British Baking Show Technical Challenge List

When we aren't traveling, we love to explore the world in our kitchen by making new foods from different countries. So when I was binge-watching the Great British Baking Show while nursing our new baby, I was intrigued by all the technical challenges featuring obscure European bakes that I had never heard of before. After a few seasons I decided I wanted to try to make them all, as a form of culinary travel and to improve my baking skills.
